Performance Expectations
The KD-G300 Titan turbocharger targets excellent mid and top-end response, capable of exceeding the performance of modified six-cylinder and V8 engines. It features a high-flow turbine wheel, larger and more efficient compressor wheel, upgraded thrust bearings, a 30% stronger main shaft, and a high-temperature-rated VNT system. Designed for a boost of 34psi, it operates efficiently from 10-37psi.With the standard injection pump and +60% GTurbo injectors, expect power increases to around 180-220rwkW and torque to over 700nm. Installations with a high-flow injection pump or overdrive kit, large intercooler, 3” exhaust, and upgraded injectors can achieve up to 230rwkW and over 900nm at the crankshaft.

Common supporting modifications include an exhaust upgrade, front mount intercooler, upgraded Airbox, and high-flow injectors.
