Introducing the GTurbo GD-G300 Ball Bearing, the next-generation evolution of our GD-G300 Titan turbocharger. Built specifically for the 150kW 1GD-FTV engine, this high-performance upgrade combines the proven GD-G300 Titan compressor with a new ball bearing core and higher-flow turbine, delivering faster spool, stronger midrange torque, and enhanced reliability—perfect for towing, touring, and off-road adventure.
G300-GD Ball Bearing provides unmatched midrange torque and faster boost response compared to the GD-G300 Titan, making it the ideal choice for responsive, real-world performance.
The GD-G300 Ball Bearing is designed for 36psi of boost and operates efficiently between 16–36psi (at <40°C turbo intake temp and >95kPa intake pressure).
When paired with a quality ECU tune and supporting modifications, you can expect the following real-world results:
Factory Output (150kW 1GD-FTV): ~410Nm at the wheels / ~135rwkW
With GD-G300 Ball Bearing + ECU Tune: ~550–600Nm / 160–170rwkW
With Full Supporting Mods: Up to 700+Nm and 200+rwkW at the wheels
Note: Performance figures are based on turbo-back exhaust systems. Vehicles retaining the factory DPF may experience slightly lower results. This turbo is compatible with both DPF-equipped and DPF-delete setups
