Performance Expectations:

The VD-G333 Titan designed boost raiting is 30psi, operating efficiently from 16-33psi, with 30psi typically available from 1500rpm when the tune and setup are complimentary. Accurate tuning is essential for reliability, efficiency, and performance. Standard performance for the VDJ70 series is around 380nm of wheel torque and 100-120rwkw. With the VD-G333 Titan combined with our custom remap, you can expect around 800-900nm of wheel torque and 190rwkw to 220rwkw. Installations with a large intercooler, 3” exhaust, GTurbo Powerpipe intake pipe, and upgraded injectors have yielded results as high as 260rwkw and torque over 1000nm at the wheels.

Please note that the performance figures are based on using a turbo-back exhaust system. Performance will be slightly lower if the DPF is retained.

This unit can be used as a direct replacement for the factory unit with no modification to the tune/ECU and is designed to function optimally with or without the DPF.

 

Supporting Modifications:

Common supporting modifications include an exhaust upgrade, upgraded air filter and induction plumbing, replacement turbo intake pipe (GTurbo Power Pipe), and +95% GTurbo high-flow injectors.
