Performance Expectations:

The VDTT-G380 Titans designed boost rating is 30psi, operating efficiently from 16-34psi (at <40C turbo intake air temperature, >95kPa turbo intake air pressure), with 30psi typically available from 1500rpm when the tune and setup are complimentary. Accurate tuning is essential for reliability, efficiency, and performance. Standard performance for the VDJ200 series is around 550nm of wheel torque and 155rwkw. With the VDTT-G380 Titans combined with our custom remap, you can expect around 800-900nm of wheel torque and 220rwkw to 240rwkw. Installations of GTurbo Airbox, GTurbo Intercooler Fan Kit or large intercooler, 3” exhaust and upgraded injectors have yielded results as high as 280+rwkw and torque over 1000nm at the wheels.

Please note that the performance figures are based on using a turbo-back exhaust system. Performance will be slightly lower if the DPF is retained.

 

Supporting Modifications:

Common supporting modifications include a GTurbo Airbox, GTurbo Intercooler Fan kit or PDI Front mount intercooler, exhaust upgrade and GTurbo high-flow injectors.
