The GD-G250 Titan designed boost rating is 28psi, operating efficiently from 16-32psi (at <40C turbo intake air temperature, >95kPa turbo intake air pressure), with 30psi typically available from 1600rpm when the tune and setup are complimentary. Accurate tuning is essential for reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Standard performance for the 1GD-FTV is around 360nm of wheel torque and 100rwkw (130kW Model) or around 410nm of wheel torque and 135rwkw (150kW Model). With the GD-G250 Titan combined with our custom remap, you can expect around 500-550nm of wheel torque and 220rwkw to 150rwkw. Installations of GTurbo Airbox, large intercooler, 3” exhaust and upgraded injectors have yielded results as high as 170-180rwkw and torque over 650nm at the wheels.
Please note that the performance figures are based on using a turbo-back exhaust system. Performance will be slightly lower if the DPF is retained.
Common supporting modifications include a GTurbo Airbox, PDI Front mount intercooler, exhaust upgrade and GTurbo high-flow injectors.
Additional costs are required for tuning and installation.
